Deeply rooted in the film industry,
Bigbulb is the result of a twelve-year search for sustainability in art department practices.
We started out in 2018 as the country’s first dedicated Production Design agency.
We have grown since then into other aspects of design, and are now preparing to nurture the next
generation
of
Creative minds.
Organizing Design
Presently, we are pivoted into two Departments, both of which have the affinity & patience for long-form storytelling. Both also have the affinity for the Reframe, for planting small-but-critical shifts in thought that can be exploited for unexpected visuals down the road.
PRODUCTION DESIGN DEPARTMENT
This is our main service cluster. It faces the Entertainment Industries in general; it does movies, series, advertisements, & activations in particular. Our crew is highly adaptable, and is cognizant of local safety regulations and of best practices both here and abroad.
BRANDING DEPARTMENT
This is our new service cluster, which evolved from the need to provide identity, collaterals, and signages for fictional brands in the real-world movies / series that we worked on. This is a full department by now and can produce both art & copy, as well as packaging design.
These two departments are independent, but they sometimes collaborate. When they do we are electrified: Our souls are fed, our purpose fulfilled. We file those moments in our heads, so we can tell stories about them later on, when we've finally built for real the Design School of our dreams.
